Bournemouth University Changes Ways of Working and Satisfies Students with Fully Managed Print Service

When it was time to renew its print service, Bournemouth University (BU) thought about what it really wanted to achieve. BU wanted to make efficiencies while procuring the service—cost savings which could be passed onto students.

By accessing a Public Sector procurement framework developed by Crown Commercial Service, BU saved time and money from not having to go out to tender on their own. BU chose fully Managed Print Services, with Xerox as the preferred supplier. Together, we revisited all of BU’s print service requirements and implemented a bespoke solution for the university.
