Empowering the Next Generation: Inside Our 2025 Internship Experience
How do you shape the future of work? At Xerox, we believe you start by investing in the people who will lead it.
In summer 2025, Xerox welcomed 43 bright minds—25 interns from across the U.S. and 18 apprentices from EMEA and APAC—into a program designed not just to teach, but to empower. From cybersecurity to marketing and sales, software engineering to data science, these early-career professionals didn’t just observe innovation—they helped drive it.
“Our interns and apprentices are not just learning—they’re leading,” said Erike Hoston, Early Career Talent Leader. “We’ve built this program to be immersive, impactful and inspiring. It’s about giving young professionals the tools, mentorship, and confidence to shape what’s next—for themselves and for Xerox.”
The U.S. cohort kicked off their journey at the Gil Hatch Center for Customer Innovation in May. From walking the production floor to exploring our rich legacy, interns were welcomed by senior leaders including Kim Kleps, Al Gallina, and Billy Stojanovski—setting the tone for a summer of purpose, connection and growth.
Global Talent, Real Impact
Across continents, interns and apprentices made their mark—contributing to live projects, collaborating with seasoned professionals, and gaining hands-on experience that will shape their careers. Whether streamlining testing processes, supporting cybersecurity initiatives, or driving marketing campaigns, each intern was empowered to make a difference.
“From day one, Keya Patel brought fresh ideas and fearless energy to our NYC Sales team,” said Juan Ricourt, Director of Sales. “She didn’t just complete her projects—she elevated them.”
“Jacob Park’s initiative and technical skill helped streamline our QA processes,” shared Erike Hoston. “He’s a perfect example of how early talent can drive real innovation.”
“Jared Mercado dove into live incident response and automation projects with curiosity and grit,” said Will Farmer, Cybersecurity Leader. “He became an invaluable member of our team.”

National Recognition
Xerox’s commitment to early talent hasn’t gone unnoticed. We’re proud to be nominated for the 2025 Top 100 Internship Programs List by Yello & WayUp—an honor that reflects our dedication to building a best-in-class experience for emerging professionals.
A Lasting Legacy
As the summer program wrapped up, the impact of our interns continued to resonate. “Our interns inspire our organisation in more ways than they’ll know,” said Erike Hoston. “This isn’t goodbye—it’s the beginning of their journey. And we’ll be here to support them every step of the way.”
We’re already planning for 2026—and we want everyone to be part of it. Students, mentors, team leaders, colleagues - the Xerox Early Talent Program is our shared opportunity to shape the future of work.
