Xerox Account Management Services
Our Account Management suite offers a variety of online services that give our customers up-to-date accounts payable and contract information.
When you sign up for these services, you can access any of your Xerox customer numbers and their associated serial numbers, invoice numbers or purchase order numbers. Services include:
View Open Invoices & Account Balance
- See the account balance for your open invoices.
- Sort invoices listings by invoice, customer, serial, order or P.O. number; invoice date or amount due.
- View or print invoice copies.
- Request your closed invoices through our "Contact Xerox about billing or payment questions" form or ask billing-related questions.
Update Company Address, Name or Ownership Information
- Download forms to request an update to your business name or ownership information. As a registered user, this links to the proper form and remittance address for your company.
- Update billing or equipment install addresses - either all at once or individually for different specific customer numbers or serial numbers.
Order Status & Proof of Delivery (For Supplies)
- View the order date, purchase order, order number, customer number, product number, description, quantity, shipping status, and shipping address for each order.
- Link to order tracking for UPS or Airborne shipments or submit a "proof of delivery" request for supply orders sent via other carriers.
Copy of Contract
- Request a copy of a maintenance, lease or rental contract for your equipment.
- Contracts are sent in 2 business days in your preferred method - by email, phone, fax, or postal mail.
Contact Xerox About Billing or Payment Questions
- Contact Xerox to resolve billing and payment questions such as: incorrect invoices, incorrect purchase orders on invoices, requests for lease buy-out, payment information updates, or lease cancellations.
- We respond to most inquiries within two business days in your preferred method - by email, phone, fax, or postal mail.
Find Your Sales Rep
Quickly look up of the name and phone number for your company's Xerox sales representative.
Equipment Contract Status
- View installation and billing address, the contract type and other relevant information for your equipment by serial number.
- Link to update addresses or request a copy of the contract.

To sign up, return to Account Management and select the link for any of the above services. When registering, all you have to do is submit your contact information and the Xerox customer number(s) you would like enabled.
